About Ceylon Pepper
Ceylon Pepper has been traded globally for centuries, earning its title as the 'King of Spices.' Sri Lankan pepper is distinguished by its bold aroma, complex flavor, and higher piperine content compared to other origins. Our pepper is grown on smallholder farms in the hill country, where the humid tropical climate and rich soil create the perfect growing conditions. From whole peppercorns to finely ground powder, every variant of our Ceylon Pepper delivers exceptional quality and taste.

FEORCEYLON Values
Direct sourcing from certified organic farms. Full traceability from farm to shipment. Every lot undergoes moisture, piperine content, and microbiological testing before export.
Making Method
Pepper berries are hand-picked when mature and sun-dried on elevated drying beds. Black pepper is dried with the outer layer intact, while white pepper undergoes a soaking process to remove the outer skin, revealing the smooth white core. Ground pepper is milled fresh to preserve volatile oils.
Origin & Sourcing
Primarily sourced from the Matale, Kandy, and Kegalle districts in the central highlands of Sri Lanka. The altitude (300-900m) and tropical rainfall create ideal conditions for superior pepper cultivation.
