About Ceylon Chilli
Ceylon Chilli, grown in the sun-kissed fields of Sri Lanka, is renowned for its intense heat, deep crimson hue, and rich smoky aroma. Unlike ordinary chillies, Ceylon varieties carry a distinctive flavor profile — a balanced pungency with subtle sweetness. Our chillies are cultivated using traditional farming methods, sun-dried naturally, and processed to retain maximum capsaicin content and vibrant color. Whether used in curries, marinades, or spice blends, Ceylon Chilli brings authentic Sri Lankan flavor to every dish.
Our Commitment to Excellence
FEORCEYLON Values
100% natural, no artificial coloring or preservatives. Each batch is tested for purity and Scoville heat levels. We maintain ISO 22000 food safety standards throughout our processing facilities.
Making Method
Our chillies are harvested at peak ripeness and sun-dried on traditional mats for 5-7 days. They are then processed in our state-of-the-art facility — cleaned, sorted by grade, and either kept whole, cut into pieces, or ground into fine powder. The entire process is temperature-controlled to preserve essential oils and color.
Origin & Sourcing
Sourced from farms in the dry zone districts of Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka. These regions provide the ideal hot, dry climate for cultivating chillies with maximum heat and flavor intensity.
